Karate kid bonsai tree

This juniper tree is one of the all time favorite bonsai trees to grow. It is an easy tree to care for and one that all beginners should consider buying as their first bonsai.

If you are a collector you should add this juniper to your collection of outdoor trees. This is the Japanese bonsai that was made famous by the movie karate kid.

The advantage to using the Juniper for bonsai is that because of the degree of hardiness, this tree can remain indoors for short periods or outdoors permanently. If outdoors in the winter months it should not be subject to very cold freezing winds.
